PokerStars has recently reported having completed payments of more than $100 Million to USA-resident players since they have exited the US poker market.

Their success and integrity in doing so has prompted a rating upgrade. PokerStars rating was downgraded following their recent legal difficulties, but they are positioned to regain their lost glory -- only this time as an exclusively non-USA facing poker room.
