Through the years the Virtual Casino group has developed a reputation for being a rouge operation.
Wheretobet.com, along with other online gaming forums and industry review sites have received many complaints from players that, until recently, were not given audience by casino management -- despite many promises to do so throughout its long and checkered history.
However, because of their strong, though very much over-due, efforts to resolve player issues over the course of the past several months, a representative of Wheretobet.com had a sit-down with Marty Davis from Gambling Wages (the affiliate program for a number of the Virtual Casino group properties). On the agenda was discussion of the recent changes the casino group has made in order to improve operations. Our representative was personally introduced to new, highly-placed members of Management staff (including the Operations Manager), and was assured that player issues are being dealt with, and that any issues escalated by Wheretobet.com's player dispute resolution service will be reviewed with high priority.
Additionally, in order to manage future issues appropriately, the casino group has created a new specialized client care department. The purpose of this department is to provide their players with a more personalized client service intended to address issues or concerns on an ongoing basis.
In view of the above, all said brands listed on Wheretobet.com have had their ratings placed on probation and given a very slight ratings bump. We are in effect giving the group a chance to make good on their obligations to players. However we are monitoring them closely and expect to make another ratings adjustment (either up or down) soon, as the situation continues to play out.
Important note: All of Wheretobet.com's visitors and regular customers are encouraged to contact q (at) wheretobet.com (use "Virtual Casino group mediation" as the subject line) in order to escalate payment or other player issues to top management at the Virtual Casino group (our player advocate service is offered to all users of Wheretobet.com and is free of charge). This includes players with long-standing issues that have been summarily dismissed previously without acceptable review. Note: Clear cut, outright player scams against the casino will not be given anything more than cursory review.
If you prefer not to contact us, but rather to contact the casino group directly, you may do so by following these steps:
1) Go to the home page of any of the group's casinos and click on the CDS logo at the bottom of the page. This process escalates issues and you will be contacted within 48 hours.
2) If for some reason you are still unsatisfied with the results you can contact Marty Davis directly by phone (1-800-549-7407) or by e-mail: md@gwages.com
We have known Marty personally for many years and know that he is working very hard at improving customer satisfaction. He has a long history in the gaming industry and is using his experience to the benefit of players.
Applicable casino properties: Cool Cat, Cirrus Casino, Cirrus UK, Club Player, Palace of Chance, Wild Vegas, Prism Casino, Slots of Vegas, Vip Lounge, Virtual Casino, and Party City.
